All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality assurance.
Quality Assurance
While we do not accept returns, we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet our quality expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@keeganscaramels.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund.
No Melt Guarantee
We guarantee that your caramels will arrive in optimal condition. If your order arrives melted or significantly compromised due to transit conditions, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will evaluate the circumstances and, if appropriate, issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
